The process

001 Screen Prep

We start by burning the artwork into the screen mesh.
002 Exposure

The art is then exposed on the screen for printing.
003 Screen Check

We quality check every screen for crisp lines before printing,
004 Colour Mix

We mix custom colours and match pantone specific hues to ensure consistent, on brand art for every piece.
005 Print

with the t’s crossed and the i’s dotted, we start the print run.
006 Heat

Screens up, heat down. All of our garments go through multiple rounds of heat and pressing to ensure the colour has cured and the print is crispy.
007 Finishing

Once all garments are printed and pressed, we apply any custom tags, transfers and finishing touches.
008 Send it

After a final quality check, the order is now ready for pick up or delivery.
