Artwork Prep
We start by designing or preparing your artwork for printing. Along with defining the colours, dimensions and positions.

FILMS & EXPOSURE
We then expose your artwork onto the ideal screen mesh. The complexity, style and detail will determine the screen.

Screen prep
The screens are then washed to reveal your artwork and allow ink to pass through the stencil onto your chosen garments.

Screen Check
We quality check every single screen to ensure it is holding crisp, high resolution detail before we begin the printing process.

Applying ink
We mix custom colours and match pantone specific hues to ensure consistent, on-brand prints for every item in your order.

Print Run
Once all of our preparation and quality checks are completed, we begin the printing process for your garments.

Finishing
Once all garments are printed, checked and pressed, we apply any custom tags, transfers and finishing touches.

Send it
After a final quality check is completed, we carefully fold and box up your order ready for local collection or easy delivery.
